At Fusion Gaming Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming-inspired apparel. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5 business days.
